Bonjour à toi,

 

Un ovocyte subit une croissance concomitante de la croissance folliculaire et est initialement bloqué en prophase de méiose 1 (stade diplotène). Puis 24h avant l'ovulation, il subit la maturation, avec expulsion du 1er globule polaire et est ensuite effectivement bloqué en métaphase 2 avant une possible fécondation qui induirait la fin de la méiose
