salut @niveko La parathormone est sécrété par la parathyroïde et est Hypercalémiante, donc pour induire la libération de calcium, elle stimule l'ostéocyte qui va réaliser la résorption de son espace périostéocytaire. Le TO ainsi dégradé va libérer sa fraction minérale de calcium et augmenter sa fraction circulante -> d'où le fait que ce soit une hrmn hypercalcémiante.
