bonsoir, au sujet de l'acide périodique, on dit qu'il coupe entre 2 C si ces fonctions sont libres :

mais qu'est ce qu'ne fonction Carbone libre exactement ?

Salut, 

 

L'acide périodique coupe entre : 

  • Deux carbones porteurs d'une fonction OH libre 
  • Un carbone porteur d'une fonction OH libre et un carbone porteur d'une fonction aldéhyde libre
  • Un carbone porteur d'une fonction OH libre et un carbone porteur d'une fonction cétone libre

 

Et j'essaye de faire cette fiche dans la journée 😉
