Salut, c'est le C2 qui est marqué sur le lipide C:18. Quand il subit l'oxydation, il perd 2C d'un coup ( donc C1 et C2)

Le palmitoyl CoA est le C:16 Co-A, qui a perdu le C2 radiocatif qui est incorporé dans l'acétyl CoA. Donc la radioactivité va être après oxydation seulement sur le premier acétyl CoA produit.
