Solution anthonytro Posted December 9, 2019 Solution Share Posted December 9, 2019 Salut ! Le fluorophore c'est une grosse molécule qui bloque l'élongation. Du coup tu l'ajoutes au ddNTP, sinon ça pourrait fausser ton résultats. Tu peux aussi le fixer sur l'amorce en 5'. Sur les dNTP, tu fais plutôt un marquage radioactif ( avec du phosphate 32).
