Révélation La réponse A est juste mais en faisant la formule du coefficient directeur (y/x) je trouve (car j'ai converti 40pM en M avant) et non 0.5nM... Je me doute qu'il faudrait inverser le dénominateur et le numérateur pour retomber sur le résultats mais la formule ne sait plus correcte si ? On a, Bmax/Kd = 0,08 = 8 x 10^-2 Donc, Kd = Bmax / 8 x 10^-2 Or, Bmax = 40 x 10^-12 D'où, Kd = 40 x 10^-12 / 8 x 10^-2 = 0,5 x 10^-9 nM = 0,5 M ça va mieux comme ça ?
