Glouglou Posted April 29, 2019 Share Posted April 29, 2019 Bien le bonsoir, la longueur de rupture intervient à la suite d'un étirement passif où se produisent les premières déchirures musculaires... je ne saisi pas le truc: ça n'intervient pas aussi dans un étirement actif?
