Dans mon cours d'arthrologie j'ai marqué que la face antérieure ligament transverse de l'atlas est recouvert de cartilage, mais je n'ai pas précisé si il en était de même pour les faisceaux longitudinaux. Alors oui ce ligament transverse possède du cartilage sur sa face antérieure pour son articulation avec la face postérieure de la dent (c'est la bande noire que tu vois sur schéma) cette portion est transversale, dans l'axe longitudinal tu ne trouves du cartilage qu'au niveau de la zone articulaire, qu'entends-tu par faiseaux longitudinaux?
