Solution Lioej Posted February 25, 2019 Solution Share Posted February 25, 2019 Hello, Par sa très grande quantité, le sodium est responsable de la moitié de l'osmolarité du LEC. L'osmolarité étant une concentration, puisqu'il y a grosso modo majoritairement du Na+ et du Cl- dans le LEC (3/4 de l'osmolarité), on peut approcher la valeur de l'osmolarité par 2 fois la concentration en Na+.
