Ils sont compatibles et sa probabilité est de 0,3 x 0,9 B. 0,7x 0,2 C. Vrai : Proba d’avoir une complication si traitement médical (0,3 x 0,1) + proba d’avoir une complication si traitement chirurgical (0,7 x0,2) D. Il y a bien plus de chance d’avoir une complication si tu fais une chirurgie. E. Vrai : C’est P(médical) x P (médical et pas de complication (1- 0,1)) or, je ne comprends pas pourquoi on fait (0,7 x0,2) + (0,3 x 0,1) car dans l'énoncé on précise bien que « la probabilité d'avoir une complication CHEZ les patients traités » ect. Donc pour moi la probabilité 0,20 correspond à la probabilité d’avoir une complication SACHANT qu’il a eu une chirurgie. Donc j’aurai fait comme calcul : 0,10x 0,20.
