Amonbofis Posted December 4, 2018 Share Posted December 4, 2018 Resalut, décidement les glucides c'est pas encore ça : lorsqu'on nous donne un pouvoir rotatoire pour un anomère alpha (ex : +100°) et celui de l'anomère beta ( +20°), on nous donne que a l'équilibre il y a 40% de la forme beta et 60% de la forme alpha, je ne vois pas comment faire malgrès que je vois la "logique" pour trouver un pouvoir rotatoire de +68° en solution à l'équilibre !
