Sakamain Posted November 30, 2018 Share Posted November 30, 2018 Salut salut, j'aurais une question concernant les diapos 3/4 de la page 1 du chapitre "lipides : médiateurs lipidiques et signalisation cellulaire" Sur le côté il y a marqué PGG2 --> PGH2, ça ok, c'est une question de stabilité pas de soucis, mais du coup la molécule qu'on a de représenté après la flèche de cyclooxygénase à partir du C 20:4 c'est la PGH2 ou la PGG2 ? Si tu considères la PGG2, le groupement en 15 est un peroxyde donc OOH. Si tu considères la PGH2, le groupement en 15 est un hydroxyle donc OH.
