Solution Chat_du_Cheshire Posted November 10, 2018 Solution Share Posted November 10, 2018 ça ressemble à un erratum quand même.... la courbe A coupe l'axe des abscisses au point -1/Km = -0,5 soit KM = -1/-0,5 = 2 mM wtfff surtout qu'on peut continuer avec cette valeur pour démontrer le reste : on a Vmax = 1/0,3, et Km/Vmax = 3/5 soit KM = (3Vmax/5) = 2 on retombe sur la valeur initiale...
