BOBIS
Bonjour ! J'ai un petit problème au niveau des calculs en enzymologie et je pense que je me trompe des le début dans ma conversion de la concentration... Si quelqu'un voudrait bien me rappeler en me détaillant le calcul comment on passe de par ex : 0,240 / 6x10^3 mol/L en nmol/ mL ? Merci beaucoup d'avance avec celui qui me répondra ! Chat_du_Cheshire
Coucou @BOBIS (0,240 / 6x10^3) mol/L = (0,240 / 6x10^3)*10^9 nmol/L = (0,240*10^6 / 6) nmol/L
BOBIS
Salut @Chat_du_Cheshire Merci pour la rapidité ! Du coup si j'ai bien compris ça fait: (0,240 / 6x10^3) mol/L = 4x10^-5 mol/L= 4x10^-5 *10^9 nmol/L = 400 mol/L Mais du coup ça fait combien en nmol/ mL ? NicoLqe
Salut ! (0,240 / 6x10^3) mol/L = (0,240 / 6x10^3) mmol/mL = (24x10^-2 / 6x10^3) mmol/mL = (24/6) x10^-5 mmol/mL = 4 x 10^-5 x 10^6 nmol/mL = 40 nmol/mL Edited November 7, 2018 by NicoLqe Trompé d'unité à la fin ^^
Solution Chat_du_Cheshire Posted November 7, 2018 Solution Share Posted November 7, 2018 Reprenons : 0,240*10^6 / 6 = 24*10^4 / 6 = 4*10^4 nmol/L (comme tu l'as dit). On a donc 4*10^4 nmol dans 1L, donc dans 1mL il y en aura moins, et exactement 1000 fois moins car 1mL = 10^-3L ! Soit 4*10^4 nmol/L = 4*10^1 = 40 nmol/mL il y a 2 minutes, NicoLqe a dit : Salut ! (0,240 / 6x10^3) mol/L = (0,240 / 6x10^3) mmol/mL = (24x10^-2 / 6x10^3) mmol/mL = (24/6) x10^-5 mmol/mL = 4 x 10^-5 x 10^6 nmol/mL = 40 nmol/mL
BOBIS
D'accord c'est beaucoup plus clair ! MERCI beaucoup à tous les 2 @Chat_du_Cheshire & @NicoLqe
