ADN double brin : DO260nm =1 pour 50 µg/ml ADN simple brin ou ARN : DO260nm =1 pour 40 µg/ml Le double brin étant plus compact il absorbera moins de lumière. Si dans une solution tu commence avec des double-brins et que tu augmente petit à petit la t°, tu vas disloquer tes brins au fur et à mesure et ta DO va augmenter (car ta quantité d'ADN reste la même, mais tes doubles brins se divisent) .
