Ce que tu as noté du Pr est cohérent. On constate bien qu'il y a une différence, donc une anomalie de l'arc de précipitation Anti-IgG chez le patient comparé au sérum humain normal. Chez le sujet sain, l'arc anti-IgG est plus étendu, il y a plus d'IgG monoclonaux qui sont marqués.
