J'étais persuadée que la coiffe de l'ARNm était rajoutée après la transcription, contrairement à la queue poly A ajoutée pendant la transcription. Or sur la colle n° 8 l'item "la coiffe est ajoutée une fois la transcription terminée " est compté faux et il est précisé dans la correction qu'elle est rajoutée pendant.
