Salut,

 

Ce n'est pas inositol tri phosphate mais Phosphatidylinositol tri phosphate. 

 

C'est la PLC qui coupe un phosphatidyl biphosphate en IP3 et DAG

je me suis dit pareil puis j'ai vu la correction du Tat qui m'a emrbouillé... Qu en penses tu??
