Ibti Posted January 5, 2018 Share Posted January 5, 2018 Hola ! Je ne comprend pas pourquoi cet item de l'annale 2014-2015 (Rangueil) est vrai : " L'acétyl-CoA peut activer la pyruvate carboxylase." J'aurais mis cet item FAUX pour 2 raisons : - il s'agit de la pyruvate Decarboxylase - l'acétylène Coa effectue une régulation allostérique sur cet enzyme en activant une kinase qui l'inhibe , donc indirectement elle l'inhibe non?
