Quelles sont les propositions exactes :A. Après digestion par la trypsine, on obtient deux peptides de même poids moléculaire. Solution MrBlacksad Posted January 4, 2017 Solution Share Posted January 4, 2017 Salut, la trypsine coupe après R ou K. Donc dans ce peptide ça coupe après R et donne WALTER/LECHAT. Or, chaque AA fait en moyenne 110 Da. Donc ça fait environ 660 Da pour chacun des deux peptides coupés, de même poids moléculaire: compté vrai.
