Salut, Il faut savoir que CL(rénal) = CL(filtration glomerulaire) + CL(secretion) - CL(reabsorption) Ainsi on a dit que CL(r) = 2L/h et CL(fg) = 120*0.1 = 12mL/min = 0.72L/h On a donc 2 = 0.72 + CL(secretion) - CL(reabsorption) Ainsi CL(secretion) - CL(reabsorption) = 1.28 > 0 donc forcement CL(secretion) > CL(reabsorption) Est ce plus clair pour toi ? chiara.henry Posted March 25 Share Posted March 25 (edited) Hello ! en faisant les calculs on trouve, CLrénale= 2L.h et CLFG= 0,72L.H sachant que la clairance rénale est plus élevée on en déduit que le médicament est plus sécrété que réabsorbé !
