Von Posted March 19 Share Posted March 19 (edited) Salut : Voici les calculs détaillés : D = 200 ASC = 20 Ainfini = 40 F = 0,8 Fu = 0,1 DFG = 120 Pour les calculs, il ne faut pas oublier de pondérer la dose par la coefficient de biodisponibilité. On donne 200 mg mais seulement 160 mg arrivent dans la circulation. Donc CL = D*F/ASC = 8 fe = Ainfini / D*F = 0,25 CL rénal = CL * fe = 8*0,25 = 2 CL non rénal = CL total - CL rénal = 8 - 2 = 6 CL gl. = DFG*fu = 120*0,1 = 12 Bonne soirée !
