Takotsubo Posted March 9 Share Posted March 9 Bonjour, J'ai un problème dans un QCM https://ibb.co/3mwz3Mm le Cmax est de 7,5 divisé par 2 ça donne 3,75 en faisant correspondre cette concentration à l'axe des abscisses je trouve plus de 7,5h or li'tem "l’item A, où T1/2 inférieur à 6h" est compté vrai Quelqu'un peut me dire l'erreur svp ? C'est un cas un peu particulier où il faut prendre en compte le décalage qui correspond au temps d'absorption. Si tu décale de 2h tu a environ 7,5h -2 est inférieur à 6h Edit : je te renvoie sur ce sujet où un autre tuteur avait super bien détaillé en ajoutant un schéma!
