On traite par le 2-4 dinitrofluorobenzène chacun des fragments obtenus après action de la trypsine sur le fragment N-terminal suivant d’une protéine : Met-Tyr-Cys-Lys-Ala-Arg-Arg- Ile-Ser-Glu-Gly-Gly.
Après hydrolyse des liaisons peptidiques, quels sont les DNP-AA susceptibles d'être retrouvés?
A. DNP-Lys B. DNP-Tyr C. DNP-Ile D. DNP-Ala E. DNP-Gly.
