Salut ! 

L'os spongieux ne disparait pas complètement de la diaphyse! C'est juste qu'il s'y trouve en minorité par rapport à l'os compact. Par contre, tu as raison, les épiphyses contiennent quant à elles majoritairement de l'os spongieux.
