j'arrive pas a comprendre le role de ces differentes lipase, I need help please!

PLA1 = hydrolyse la liaison ester en sn1 du glycérol.

PLA2 = hydrolyse la liaison ester en sn2 ".

 

Ce sont des activités équivalentes à des endroits différents de ton glycéride.
