Salut, c'est un glycérolipide sur lequel a agit une lipase qui lui a enlevé un acide gras.

Par exemple si tu as une phosphatidylcholine et que tu utilises une PLA1, alors ta PC perd l'acide gras en position 1 (à condition que ce soit bien une liaison ester) et s'en dégage donc ton acide gras et un dérivé lyso de la phosphatidylcholine.
