Non il n'y a que 7 vertèbres cervicales ( 7 os ). Il y a en revanche 8 paires de nerfs spinaux cervicaux !! Ceci est dû au fait que le premier nerf cervicaux débute entre l'os occipital et l'Atlas ( C1 ). Mitrale 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Comme l'a dit @JoeLaMouc, il faut faire attention à ne pas confondre vertèbres cervicales (C1 à C7) et paires de nerfs cervicaux (C1 à C8). Je rajoute juste que chaque nerf cervical est associé à la vertèbre cervicale du même numéro à l'exception de C8, qui chemine entre C7 et T1 (c'est un piège fréquent dans les QCMs).
