Salut !

 

Q(t) c'est la quantité de médicament présente dans l’organisme (à un instant t) en mg par exemple

C(t) c'est la concentration plasmatique (à ce même instant t) en mg/L

 

Le formule qui relie c'est 2 paramètres est Q(t) = Vd * C(t) avec Vd le volume de distribution plasmatique en L.
