L’innervation sensitive du palais dur : par le nerf grand palatin qui passe par le canal grand palatin pour les 4/5èmes postérieurs du palais dur. par le nerf naso-palatin qui provient du nez et qui passe par le canal naso-palatin pour 1/5ème antérieur du palais dur.
