Le pharynx est situé dans la région supra-hyoïdienne. C’est le larynx qui est en infra-hyoïdien." J'ai pas trop compris parce que l'oesophage commence en C6 et donc le pharynx est présent de C4 en C6 soit un peu en infra hyodien, à moins qu'il n'est pas totalement ? Le pharynx est supra-hyoïdien dans sa plus grande partie, le reste est infra-hyoïdien jusqu'en C6. Sa majorité étant au-dessus de l'os hyoïde, on le considère supra-hyoïdien.
