Hello, petite question, à quoi correspond tau quand on parle d'injection répétée? C'est le temps entre chaque injection?

Coucou !

Exactement ! c'est l'intervalle entre 2 injections.
Petit exemple : 

On administre chez un patient une dose de 2mg d'un médicament toutes les 2h. Le tau = 2h.
