J'aurai une question sur l'anse cervicale, est ce qu'elles échangent des fibres avec hypoglosse pour les msc infra hyoidiens ou elle passe juste a côté ? L'anse cervicale comporte 2 parties : une partie descendante et une ascendante. - La partie descendante se dirige quasiment jusqu'au muscle omo-hyoïdien. - La partie ascendante empreinte le trajet du nerf hypoglosse (XII) sans partager aucune fibre, elle prend ce trajet pour se distribuer aux muscles infra-hyoïdiens.
