La phospholipase A1 hydrolyse les fonctions esters (-COO-) sur le carbone n°1 du glycérol, sur ton image le carbone 1 est lié à la chaîne carboné par une liaison éther (C-O-C), ce ne sont pas les mêmes choses, ton enzyme ne coupera pas cette liaison.
