Salut @unePASSmlg05!

 

Oui, en général quand on fait une amplification on fait une RT-PCR, mais c'est uniquement parce que le matériel de départ est de l'ARN.

Ici, c'est de l'ADNc qu'on veut amplifier, donc pas la peine de passer par une reverse transcriptase, une PCR suffit.
