Salut, 

Ta liaison C (celui qui porte le =O) - O va se couper via l'action d'une molécule d'eau (H2O).

Tu as donc fixation d'un OH sur le carbone, ce qui va former un acide carboxylique : COOH.

Et fixation du H sur le O (de la liaison éther de ta molécule A), pour former un alcool (l'éthanol) : C2H5OH

C'est une hydrolyse d'un ester. Tu peux voir la réaction détaillée diapo 146 du cours !
