Coucou @Cerbaz !!

La C et la D sont vraies. 

Pour la C, tu regardes d'abord le premier composé, celui du haut. On te dit sur lui que c'est un glucose (tu vérifies) qu'il est en pyrane (check), que son OH anomérique est en alpha = en bas (check), qu'il est D (ça osef, tu peux pas savoir), et qu'il débute sa liaison avec l'autre ose par son C en position 1 (ça tu le vois ici : 1 -> 1).

Après, tu vérifies les info du second, dont notamment son C qui est lié, IL FAUT TOUJOURS VERIFIER SA POSITION. 

 

Pour le D, une enzyme peut venir hydrolyser un oside à condition qu'elle porte le même nom qu'un des oses. Donc ici, la alpha D glucosidase porte le même nom que le premier ose, donc c'est juste  !!! Si on t'avait dit alpha L ou bêta D... C'est faux :
