Salut, 

Alors les protéines stabilisantes, permettent la stabilisation de ta fibre. Par exemple, une protéine stabilisante des MF c'est la tropomoduline, elle se fixe sur l'extrémité - de ton MF et empêche sa dépolymérisation

Stabilité = pas de casse

Instable = il y a de la casse donc la perte de matériel, donc de la dépolymérisation
