Kf est un indice de perméabilité capillaire globale qui dépend de la surface de filtration et de sa perméabilité hydraulique

 

Donc si ce dernier diminue moins d'eau risque de passer donc ça diminue le risque d'œdème. A contrario, si il augmente, c'est un facteur d'apparition d'œdème.
