Il faut calculer le pH de ta solution avec la formule pH = Pka -log C ce qui donne -> pH = 4 - log (10-2 ) donc pH = 4 + 2 = 6 

Et là tu compare avec le pH donné = 7,4 donc là c'est inférieur à 7,4 donc le milieu est plus basique on est sous la forme basique on perd donc des H+ donc c'est la forme déprotonnée

-> item vrai
