Le covolume c'est le volume propre des molécules en gros.

 

Ici on te dit que le covolume du NaCl vaut 1.10-2 L/mol, ça veut dire que chaque mole de NaCl occupe 1.10-2 L

Tu as calculĂ© que dans ce L de solution tu as 0,1 mole de NaCl, en te servant du covolume que l'on te donne tu trouves que le volume occupĂ© par le NaCl est de 1.10-2 x 0,1 = 10-3 L ( soit 1 mL ) 🙂

 

Pour l'anticorps c'est pareil.

Tu vois que dans cette solution tu as 10-4 mole d'anticorps, 10-4 x 80 = 8 x 10-3 L = 8 mL ( et pas 80 ) !
