alors c'est très simple. Il faut retenir que la tension exercée par les fibres IIb dure 4 minutes, 60 minutes pour les fibres IIa, et plus pour les fibres Ia.

 

Au bout de 5 minutes, on a :

- U1 qui exerce 90% de sa tension max, donc les 10% manquants viennent des fibres IIb.

- U2 qui exerce 75% de sa tension max, donc 25% de fibres IIb

 

au bout de 60 minutes, on a :

- U1 qui exerce 40%, ce qui correspond aux fibres Ia, donc IIa = 90 - 40 = 50%.

- U2 qui exerce 15%, ce qui correspond aux fibres Ia, donc IIa = 75 - 15 = 60%

 

on récapitule :

- U1 : Ia = 40%, IIa = 50% et IIb = 10%

- U2 : Ia = 15%, IIa = 60% et IIb = 25%
