Bonjouur @cassolnousmanque, alors chez l'homme, AQP2 est essentielle pour "concentrer mes urines", en fait elle est exprimée au niveau des canaux collecteurs et entraîne la réabsorption d'H2O donc diminue la diurèse. Ainsi, une invalidation d'AQP2 entraine un défaut de réabsorption et une augmentation de la diurèse en effet!
