Solution ZoeDbg Posted January 5, 2021 Solution Posted January 5, 2021 (edited) Coucouuuuu mon loulou @nell-de-poule Si t'as pleins de petites bandes = parasite Il faut alors augmenter la température par exemple pour améliorer l'hybridation spécifique Si t'as un tube témoin où on te dit que t'as pas ADN et que t'observes une bande (alors que tu ne devrais rien voir) = contamination Et dans ce cas là tu peux rien faire, faut tout recommencer Edited January 5, 2021 by ZoeDbg Hibou 1 Quote
