Salut @Hiboux😋

 

Je vais tenter d'expliquer du mieux que je peux ce calcul : déjà il faut que tu ais en tête la super formule : vi = (vmax * concentration en substrat) / (Km + concentration en substrat)

 

Ici on te parle de la concentration d'un inhibiteur mais il n'intervient pas car sa concentration est très inférieure à celle du substrat, c'est pour t'embrouiller !

 

On remplace : vi = (vmax * 1/2 Km) / (Km+ 1/2 Km)

soit = (vmax * 1/2 Km) / (3/2 Km) 

Les Km se simplifient, il reste : (vmax * 1/2) / (3/2)

Donc vi = vmax * 1/2 * 2/3 = vmax * 1/3 = 0,33 vmax

 

Dis moi si une étape ne te parait pas claire !!
