Salut @nninasc

Alors ici, il s'agit d'une réaction de déshydratation en milieu acide (H2SO4 = acide sulfurique) et à chaud, on élimine donc une molécule d'eau pour obtenir un alcène . 

C'est donc le OH de l'alcool et le H en alpha qui sont éliminé .
