ça concerne les PNN. 

 

Après phagocytose le PNN ne survit pas plus d'une heure. On peut observer des amas de PNN altérés qui sont appelés pyocytes. Et avec la libération des granulations, cela entrainera une liquéfaction des tissus périphériques = le pus. ⛵
