Salut !

Effectivement c'est l'effet Venturi 

Le diamètre des vaisseaux diminue et donc la vitesse du sang augmente

Pendant la vasoconstriction la vitesse augmente pour garder le débit constant (section x vitesse = constante)

Mais le régime d'écoulement est modifié si le débit est modifié 

 

Donc pendant la vasoconstriction normalement il n'y a pas d'écoulement turbulent puisque le débit est conservé
