Bonsoir ! J'aurai un léger doute sur cet item

Sachant que le codon surligné en rouge est un codon stop, on ne le considère pas comme un acide aminé n'est ce pas ?

Du coup à l'item A, le peptide n'aura que 4 aa ?

Salut, 

 

Effectivement le codon UAA est un codon stop qui va permettre d'arrêter la traduction, il ne code donc pour aucun acide aminé. 

Le peptide A aura en effet 4 aa 😉
