Bonjour j'ai besoin d'une confirmation, je suis tombée sur un item qui dit " Glu est un acide aminé Bêta carboxylique " Je l'ai compté faux pour moi c'est gamma. Mais je n'arrive pas à comprendre

L'acide glutamique ou glutamate est  bien un acide gamma carboxylique.

Le carbone gamma est un CH2😅
